Day 16

Our first full day in Shingle Springs, CA.

My Brother-In-Law & Sister-In-Law were in town last week and posted about Jim Boy’s Tacos.  Sparked a memory with me.  A food memory.  Charlie took me for my first Jim Boy’s in the 70’s.  Yikes.  It’s been over 30 years since I’ve had one of their yummy tacos.

Jim Boy-0 Boy-0 Boy’s!  Once introduced to the delectable taco, Denise is a convert.  And I am happy to be making up time.  Looks like it will be a morning stop from here on out.

We also were jonesing for a Thrift Store trip.  Our last Thrift stop was pre-Olancha, so we hit 3.  I found shorts and a purse, not that I need another purse, but hey, a girl’s gotta do what her heart tells her to do when it comes to handbags. I ended up with 2, but I can’t remember when or where I got them.

Lovely quiet day!
