Tacos today, yummmmm!

Today we went on a big adventure based on that map lady’s word.  We hit 4 or 5 thrift stores.  We were on a mission, purses and swimsuits.  I had my doubts about the swim suits, but Denise can be very persuasive.

The first couple of stops were not so productive, but in the end I came out with 1 chicken, 1 bird, 4 pairs of shorts and 1 shirt.  And yes, I got the swimsuit.  Denise came out with a box of rocks and beautiful Hobo bag and yes, a swimsuit.

During the journey we went my Mom’s old house in Parkway.  What a change that place has undergone.  Her 2 big trees in the front yard are just gone.  But the house appears well taken care of.  The neighborhood seemed smaller too. 

Another good day, but we were on a timer so we did what we could in the time allotted.

We didn’t get many pictures today, but look at those rocks.
